  These are a real step forward in terms of food boxes. I like the fact that you dont need any special gadgets to make the vacuum round the food. The instructions are simple. You just press down on the special lid to push the air out. I tried it out first of all with some fresh chicken and the following week with fresh strawberries. Both noticeably fresher and still in perfect condition for a lot longer than I would have expected. The day dial on the end of the boxes is handy too, helps you be sure about when you put the food in the fridge or need to eat it. I would recommend Pac n Vac boxes to friends as I think overall they save money on food shopping.
